Giuseppe’s released several styles of Italian-inspired jewelry on September 30, and the collection sold out online much faster than the Midwest family business expected. For owner Joey “Giuseppe” Salomone, the response was an exciting surprise after months of building a jewelry line that reflects his Italian heritage and offers distinctive pieces at approachable prices.

The quick sellout left Giuseppe’s scrambling to restock. Salomone is working closely with suppliers to bring back popular pieces while making room for new styles. It’s a good problem for a small business to have, but the rush to replenish inventory has added pressure to an already busy schedule.

“I’m thrilled people liked the jewelry as much as they did. I just didn’t expect it to sell that fast,” Salomone said. “Between working in the ER, getting the kids to soccer, and volunteering as a room parent at my daughter’s school, I’m still figuring out how to keep up with it all. I’m so grateful my wife is as organized as she is. She keeps our family running and helps me keep my head on straight when everything gets busy at once.”

Giuseppe’s is asking customers to check the website as restocks and new styles are added. In the meantime, Salomone and his family are grateful for the patience of shoppers waiting for a favorite piece to return and for the support that made the launch such a surprise.
